Yoshi Yoshi does not
In Japanese, "Yoshi Yoshi" (よしよし) is a tender expression, often used to soothe, comfort, or show affection. It's a whisper to someone you love, to tell them that everything is alright, that you're there for them. It's a gentle gesture, a heartfelt hug, a silent word of encouragement.
Added to "ne" (ね), a soft particle that invites one to share an emotion or feeling, it becomes even more intimate, as if one were whispering: it's going to be okay, right?
Yoshi Yoshi ne, therefore, is a promise of comfort, gentleness, and kindness. A way of saying: you are safe here.
