At Yoshi-Yoshi Ne, I make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their order.
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

🔁 Right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification.
The 14-day period begins from the date of receipt of the package by you or a designated third party.
To exercise this right, simply send an email to:

• your order number,
• the article(s) in question,
• and your choice between a refund or a credit note.
I respond to each request within a maximum of 2 working days.

📦 Return conditions
Returned items must be:
• in their original state,
• unworn, unwashed and undamaged,
• accompanied by their original labels and packaging.
Returns are not accepted if the items show signs of wear, washing or deterioration.
Items not eligible for return
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain products cannot be returned:
• personalized or custom-made items
• earrings or hygiene products,
• gift cards.

🚚 Return procedures
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or does not match the original order.
In these specific cases, I will handle the exchange or refund.
The return address is provided by email after the request has been validated.
It is recommended to choose a shipping method with a tracking number, in order to guarantee the successful delivery of the return package.

💰 Refund
Once the package has been received and verified, I will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card, PayPal, etc.).

📅 Processing times
Orders are processed every Tuesday and shipments are made on Fridays.
Returns are checked and processed at the same logistical pace.
Delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, especially for items requiring special production time. I always do my best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, without ever compromising the quality of my creations.
